The refurbishment of a former nurses’ home into 41 two and three bedroom luxury apartments. Project value £4.5m.

The building occupies an elevated site close to the centre of Greenwich.

The project included the complete refurbishment of a basement area, and the inclusion of vertical transportation, IT and AV facilities to assist building management.

Each dwelling included intergraded audio visual and networked IT systems.
